QROVA joins two jobs in one place: dynamic QR codes and bookkeeping for German small businesses.
QR side: 13 code types including URL, WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, Wi-Fi, vCard, PDF, social profiles, Google Maps, Google reviews, EPC payment codes (Girocode) and payment links. The destination stays editable after printing, Scans record time, device, operating system, browser, country, city and UTM parameters. IP addresses are hashed with SHA-256 at once, geolocation is resolved locally, and no cookies are set for scan measurement. Downloads as PNG, SVG or PDF with custom colours and logo.
Bookkeeping side: invoices and quotes, expenses with receipt OCR, cash book, EUR and BWA as PDF, SKR 03 and 04, DATEV export, GoBD record locking, bank sync via PSD2.
Agencies keep separate client folders and share a report link without our branding. A REST API is included in Business and Agentur. Servers stand in Germany; a GDPR Article 28 agreement is available.
