The Hub Planner Team are fabulous

|Milient Resource Flow
The Hub Planner customer service team are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Always around to lend a hand / support if needed. Breathtakingly open to suggestions / improvements. It's like working with an extension of your own team. System itself is super user friendly and offers lots of extra functions some competitors do not.

Hub Planner - a great resource management platform

Hub Planner features an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to configure and integrate with our team. We rarely needed support during the onboarding process or afterward, but when we did, the Hub Planner team was quick to respond and resolve any issues. They are also very receptive to feature upgrade suggestions.

Decent resource planner, but wish views could mirror how I think more

I like being able to see all of the resources available or the allocations for resources for any given week. It's really helpful to see what our agency is working on at any given time. It has the flexibility to denote time allocations in any given week and assign different colors to different types of tasks. I am looking at it daily so I can see how to support my team. We've tried to replace the tool, but haven't been able to replicate its capabilities. It's relatively easy to pick up and use.
