Mijn Gastouder is the all-in-one platform for Dutch gastouderopvang (home-based childcare). Gastouders get a free app to run their day: daily reports with photos and videos, a shared agenda with occupancy overview, check-in and check-out, absences and extra-care requests, hour tracking and exports, child profiles with consents and medical details, documents and newsletters. Parents use the same app and follow their child in real time. For gastouderbureaus there is a web portal that covers the full administration: linking gastouders and parents, hour approval and corrections, invoicing and payments via iDEAL and SEPA direct debit, monthly and yearly KOI deliveries to the Belastingdienst, GGD-ready records such as contact moments and the 16-hour coaching requirement, annual statements, and a course builder with tests and certificates. Alle Gastouders is the national directory of gastouders (registered home-based childcare providers) in the Netherlands. Every gastouder in the Landelijk Register Kinderopvang has a profile, so parents can search by location and availability and send a request directly, instead of only finding the bureaus with the biggest marketing budget. Gastouders claim their profile for free with email verification and add photos, availability and a personal description. A premium profile adds featured placement and more photos of the childcare space, from €6 per month. Gastouderbureaus get a bureau profile to attract gastouders and parents in their region. Claimed profiles can show an embed badge on their own website. Profiles are built on open LRK data, with a GDPR basis, transparent notification and one-click removal.
