OutMass is a Chrome and Edge extension for Outlook on the web that enables bulk email campaigns directly from the inbox. It supports mail merge with contact imports from CSV files and merge tags from your own CSV columns, like {{firstName}} and {{company}}, for personalized messaging. Real-time open and click tracking provides engagement insights. Automated follow-ups target non-responders and stop when replies are received. These follow-ups are managed server-side for reliable delivery. Scheduled sends and OneDrive attachments are built in, and both Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com accounts are supported. OutMass uses the Microsoft Graph API for sending emails, improving deliverability by routing messages through the sender's own account. Features include A/B subject testing, an AI email writer, and reusable email templates. The free plan includes 250 emails per month; paid tiers unlock higher volumes and advanced options.
