MeterBeam is a printer fleet monitoring and smart-supplies platform. A lightweight collector discovers the printers and copiers on a network over SNMP, reads meters and toner levels on a schedule, and reports to a cloud portal. On top of the raw data, MeterBeam handles the work dealers and IT teams actually spend time on: days-to-empty forecasting per cartridge, a fulfillment queue that says exactly what to ship, where, and when, per-customer meter reports for contract billing, and shelf-stock tracking so toner already at a site is counted before more is shipped.
An open REST API with scoped keys and a native MCP server let your own tools and AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) query the fleet directly: toner levels, supply forecasts, meter reads, alerts, and volume reports.
