Messagency is an AI agent that handles inbound customer conversations and books appointments for service businesses across WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat. The assistant replies to incoming messages in natural language, collects the details required to schedule an appointment, checks staff and slot availability, and confirms the booking without human intervention. It processes voice notes and images, applies tiered deposit rules, calculates travel fees for at-home appointments, handles out-of-hours surcharges, and manages rescheduling and cancellation according to each business's own policy. Requests that require owner approval are routed for manual review instead of being auto-confirmed. Messagency is built for appointment-based businesses such as salons, clinics, and studios, from single operators to multi-location teams. Capabilities include team scheduling, deposit and payment collection, conversation analytics, a mobile app for owners, self-learning from past conversations, and a white-label chat widget for larger accounts.
MessGEO (a Messagency product) is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that helps businesses get found, cited and recommended in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Start with a free AI-Readiness Score that rates how visible and citable your website is for AI engines. Prompt Tracking monitors the questions your buyers ask AI assistants and shows when your brand and your competitors are mentioned, cited or recommended. AI-Readiness Setup fixes the technical foundations such as structured data, llms.txt and AI crawler access, while GEO packages add content strategy and citation building to grow your share of AI answers over time. Available in English, Turkish and Portuguese.

About
What is Messagency?
Messagency is a Portugal-based, forward-thinking AI agency. We were founded by three engineers who brought 15 years of digital product and engineering experience to the same table. Today, we build our own products while designing custom AI solutions for businesses that need real answers, not roadmaps. We operate a growing portfolio of our own products across mobile and web platforms. They're not just revenue, they're proof. We build what we sell, and we sell what we've battle-tested ourselves. We believe every industry speaks its own language. A healthcare clinic doesn't share the same problems as an e-commerce brand. That's why we don't work with templates, we're a team that genuinely loves listening. We sit with every client from scratch: understanding your workflow, and designing AI that solves the real bottleneck. Our team doesn't just follow the latest models; we know which ones will actually add value to your work. We serve businesses in three languages (English, Turkish, and Portuguese) with the same care in each. Wherever you are, our team is just one message away.
