What I like most about Mentient is how quickly it helps us identify relevant conversations about our brand. For a FinTech Company, There are difficult to monitor manually. The sentiment analysis is particularly useful because it helps us quickly understand the tone of a conversation and decide which mentions need attention. I also find the competitor monitoring useful for understanding what is happening in our market
