I love that Menaia puts everything in one space, which means I don't have to rely on multiple platforms that don't talk to each other. The customer service is standout because they are always willing to help instead of just submitting a ticket and disappearing. I appreciate how Menaia is constantly evolving into a better tool, and it's reformed our process, leading to more ROI on each project. The initial setup took a little bit of time, but the team is amazing and willing to help, unlike having to learn other CRMs and programs on my own and multiple customer service departments that have no relation with each other. Lots of unanswered questions.
