Menaela — Your AI practice manager Menaela is an AI-first practice management system for solo practitioners and small clinics. Instead of adding an AI chatbot to separate clinic software, Menaela combines day-to-day practice management with an assistant that works inside the same operational context. Staff can manage schedules, patients, clinic configuration and communications through normal screens, or ask Menaela in chat or voice to find information and complete permitted tasks. Patient-facing automation uses the same provider, service, pricing and availability data, while AI Scribe turns consultations into editable draft medical notes for clinician review.
