MemoriaOS is a cloud-based management platform for funeral homes and cremation providers. It was developed by a licensed funeral director and embalmer and is offered as a multi-tenant software-as-a-service product.
Case management supports at-need and pre-need cases, with case numbers assigned by location. Each case record includes vitals, family information, services, documents, finances, communications, and aftercare. An operations whiteboard displays all active cases across configurable columns. Arrangement Mode is a full-screen, seven-step workflow used during the arrangement conference with families. A token and PIN-protected Family Portal allows families to complete arrangement information remotely for staff review. Each case can also have a public memorial page with a QR code linking to service details, directions, and obituary or tribute links.
The document module generates pre-filled PDFs from case data and supports on-screen signing, a custom form builder, and submission history. Communications include SMS and email with per-case message threads and templates. The finance module provides itemized statements, payment recording, insurance tracking, and balance summaries. Reporting covers revenue, operating expenses, and accounts payable.
Staff management includes timesheets, a time clock, scheduling, a licensing tracker with expiration alerts, and five-tier role-based access control. Multi-location organizations can operate multiple locations under one account. A data import tool accepts CSV and Excel files from legacy systems.
Pricing is published and tiered by number of locations rather than call volume. All features are included in every tier. Onboarding is performed by MemoriaOS staff and carries a one-time fee that varies by tier.
