For a small team managing a lot of projects and resources, this has been extremely useful and made it very easy to see when, where and how we are using our resources. We were able to immediately populate the tool with our list of projects and resources. It took some time to consider how we want to allocate resources working on multiple projects, but once we settled on a practice for the team to follow, we were all able to get in there daily to keep things up to date in one tool instead of 3 different places.

Customizable fields can be created to reflect your business. Its ability to allow users and resources to access information in real time, allows for a variety of access and use.
