MedyAjans Workforce Management runs clock-in/out, shifts, breaks, leave and overtime in one system, from the phone. Employees clock in inside a GPS geofence or by scanning a QR code at the workplace; companies can require a photo at clock-in. Staff without a smartphone use a shared tablet kiosk with a personal PIN. With no connection, punches are kept on the phone and sent later, flagged as offline.
Managers see a live board of who is on site, on break, on leave or in the field, and who was expected but has not arrived. Overtime runs through request and approval, with the statutory premium (Art. 41), a time-off-in-lieu option and the 270-hour annual cap calculated. Annual leave accrues by seniority, with optional two-level approval. The 11-hour rest between shifts and statutory breaks are checked; forgotten clock-outs get a reminder and unclosed records are marked as automatic clock-out.
At month end the timesheet is approved and locked, and a payroll input package (CSV and PDF) goes to the external accountant. No biometric data is used, location arriving outside working hours is not stored, and the company sets the retention period. Turkish-language interface.
