watchSpot is a screen recorder for client communication. Freelancers, consultants, agencies, and people in sales, support, and client services use it to record walkthroughs, project updates, proposals, and bug reports, then share each one as a link instead of booking another meeting. Record your whole screen, a window, or an area, with your voice, system audio, and your camera in a bubble. The recording uploads while you record, so the link is ready the moment you stop. Every link opens on a share page with your company’s logo, colors, footer, and a call to action button that can open a Cal.com or Calendly scheduler right on the page. Clients don’t need an account to watch, and each recording comes with a transcript, captions, and chapters. You can see when a client opens your link, and on the paid plan, who watched, how far they got, and which parts they replayed. Agencies keep a Spot for every client, each with a look of its own. The free plan includes unlimited recordings up to 30 minutes, 10 GB of storage, and your branding. The paid plan is $8 a month per account, with recordings up to an hour, 100 GB, password links, and a personal greeting for each viewer.
