MedeTalento is a Brazilian online assessment platform for recruiting, selection and team development. Companies pick the tests that fit the role, send each candidate an individual link and receive a report that prepares the interview, with points of attention and follow-up questions.
The catalog includes role-based tests (field sales, counter sales, telesales, logistics, drivers, leadership, marketing), DISC behavioral profile, work styles (Big Five), cultural fit, knowledge tests (Excel/Office, Portuguese, math), languages and technology. For team development, it offers 360° feedback and a Talent Matrix (Nine Box) with calibration and individual development plans.
Transparent pay-per-assessment pricing from R$ 12.90 to R$ 24.90 (BRL), with no subscription or contract. A credit is only used when the candidate starts the test. Packs of 10, 30 and 100 credits get 5%, 10% and 15% off. Companies with a Brazilian CNPJ get 3 free assessments. Results support the interview and do not replace the hiring manager's decision. The platform is available in Portuguese.
