McCarren is an all-in-one bid / proposal suite for government contractors and SLED vendors. The platform monitors SAM.gov and 50-state portals, applies semantic relevance scoring, and routes bid/no-bid analysis to capture teams. A dynamic outline engine shreds solicitations, identifies Section L/M criteria, and produces a live task plan. Respond to proposals natively in Microsoft Word via AI response engine that drafts paragraphs, inserts vetted past performance, and links every claim to source files. A private AI knowledge base accepts direct uploads and connects to SharePoint, OneDrive, creating a single source of truth. Real-time compliance matrices update as requirements evolve; CMMC 2.0-aligned, single-tenant hosting ensures data remains exclusively yours. Cut turnaround time in half and report higher win rates across RFPs, RFIs, and grant applications.
