MBTenerife is an employee portal and time-tracking app for teams that work away from a desk: lifeguarding, cleaning, hotels, construction, security, maintenance, patient transport and sports facilities. Born in a Tenerife lifeguard service, it runs in production. Staff clock in with one tap on their phone, even offline, check their rota, sign payslips with a finger, request leave and fill in their service checklists and reports. Coordinators publish rotas, fill open shifts, review timesheets, approve leave and share payslips from the payroll provider. Each clock-in is chained to the previous one with a SHA-256 hash, so the record cannot be altered and exports instantly for labour inspections. Includes the whistleblowing channel of Spanish Law 2/2023. No fingerprints, location off by default, data in Spain. Set up for your sector and collective agreement, in Spanish. €150 a month plus €5.50 per person, all features included; €4.50 from the 91st person and €3.50 from the 191st.

Citras is a coordination console for ambulance and patient-transport centres, by MBTenerife. It puts every ambulance, every transfer and every alert on one screen. Routes for scheduled transfers (dialysis, rehabilitation, consultations) are planned automatically from each patient's needs, pickup window and appointment time, and replanned when something changes: a new transfer, an urgent call or a vehicle in the workshop. The coordinator sees the live map, urgent calls in progress, the fleet with its daily checks and expiring supplies, and staff qualifications. Crews use a phone app to clock in, check the ambulance before leaving, follow their route sheet and report breakdowns. Patients and families get a link showing where their ambulance is and when it arrives, with no registration and no app to install.
