Maxuod Shift is a Canada-first, free-first employee scheduling and payroll-preparation workspace for independent restaurants, cafés, retail shops, and other small hourly teams. Managers can build and publish weekly schedules, track availability and actual hours, review overtime flags, calculate tip pools, estimate gross pay, and export PDF, CSV, or XLSX records for payroll handoff. A guest scheduler works without an account for up to six employees and includes a PDF download. Free accounts support up to 12 active employees and eight weeks of history. Optional Supporter plans extend capacity to 50 employees and 52 weeks of history, remove ads, and add priority support. Maxuod Shift is built in Halifax, priced in CAD, and includes province-aware Canadian holiday and payroll review prompts. It does not run payroll, remit taxes, or provide legal compliance determinations.
