MoneyFeed is expense-capture software for small businesses, freelancers and the accountants who serve them. Clients send photos of receipts and invoices through WhatsApp, the messaging app they already use every day. MoneyFeed organizes those expenses — auto-categorized, with a dashboard and monthly summary — and produces a clean, downloadable Excel/CSV file that the client shares with their accountant. MoneyFeed is not bookkeeping software and does not replace QuickBooks or Xero: it performs no tax filing or reconciliation, and it does not deliver anything to an accountant automatically. It solves the step before bookkeeping — getting complete, organized expense records out of clients' phones and into a file a firm can actually work from. Paid plans add receipt scanning volume, mileage tracking, quarterly tax estimates and a Schedule C tax summary, bank auto-import, and PDF/Excel export. For firms, MoneyFeed offers a partner program for CPAs and bookkeepers whose clients struggle with recordkeeping (moneyfeed.io/for-accountants).
