Mawaeed is an online booking system built for service businesses in Lebanon. Salons, barbershops, clinics, padel and sports courts, gyms, pilates and beauty studios, photographers, car rental offices and guesthouses get their own booking page, where clients see real availability and book in under a minute straight from an Instagram bio or a WhatsApp chat. Every booking is confirmed instantly and automatic reminders go out on WhatsApp and by email, so far fewer clients forget to show up. Optional deposits are collected over Whish, with no bank account, card machine or payment gateway needed anywhere in the process. Mawaeed means appointments in Arabic. It is built in Lebanon, for the way Lebanon actually books and pays.
