MAVI PANO is web-based management software for gyms, pilates studios and personal training studios. It keeps member profiles, membership packages and remaining sessions, private and capacity-limited group classes, recurring weekly schedules, payments, open balances, expenses and net profit in one panel. Attendance deducts sessions automatically, and every day the software lists members whose packages are ending, who owe money or who have stopped coming, each with a ready WhatsApp message. It includes more than 280 ready pilates exercises for reformer, mat, cadillac, chair and barrel, plus measurements and workout history. Excel import, membership freezes and unlimited staff accounts for reception and instructors are included. Nothing to install; it works on phones, tablets and computers in Turkish and English.
