MatSync is martial arts club management software for BJJ, judo, karate and other academies. Owners run members, class schedules, bookings, attendance, belt and rank progression, memberships and payments from one web dashboard, while students and parents use the iOS and Android app (7 languages) to book classes, check in and pay. Clubs get online payments through Stripe, family discounts, staff roles for owners, admins and instructors, member insights to spot students at risk of quitting, and a yearly financial report. MatSync is free for up to 30 students, then the Grow plan is $39/month ($35/month billed yearly). There is a 0.5% platform fee only on payments made through Stripe, plus Stripe's own fee. Built in Poland, European Union, with GDPR in mind.
