Matilda Workspace is my go-to for project management. I love how it wraps up tasks, docs, chat, and copilot all in one place. I was on a one month trial and then signed up for the pro version. The document customization with tables is a game-changer for my small team's collaboration, as well as the Kanban view - it’s easy to move tasks from column to column or adding new tasks with assignee, priority, effort and due date to stay on track with all do tos.

I love how Matilda Workspace integrated everything that a team would need to perform their daily task, also integrating an AI Assistant to the platform makes it even better as I can easily lookup things such as knowledge bases without delving to my list of documents written. The design also makes it very easy to use as everything is straightforward and properly integrated with one another.

I really like thta the tool has a lot of functionalities within one workplace. I struggled having multiple tools I had to switch, like notion for documents and slack for messaged. The AI integration is really cool, I used dchat GTP daily but now I can just use this one tool. It's esy to manage my workload based on my task availability, and it is easy to communicate with my remote wirk collegues. We use it daily (monday to friday) and it is very easy to implement. The mobile version makes it easy to quickly communite with your phone. Customer support is great.
