Fast, Secure, and Highly Flexible File Transfer
I like MASV for its flexibility, especially when it comes to fast download speeds for the end user, which makes it compelling for them to use. I appreciate that the end user doesn't necessarily need an account to download or upload, which reduces friction in file transfers. I also like the security controls on the back end, allowing me to control how long a file is available, whether it's delivered through a link or email, and having different passwords. The ability to have multiple different links to the same set of files is great. Preserving the folder structure is wonderful, making it pretty easy to work with. It's also easy to customize to our particular needs. The platform provides great tracking, so we know if a receiver has actually opened it. Overall, I appreciate all the flexibility it gives us to design a file transfer process flow customized to how we want to work.

I like the ease of use as it allows us to send and receive data seamlessly and without confusion. I appreciate the ability to transfer files both big and small. I also like that their level of security meets the requirements of all the companies we work with, which lets us do business with everyone and not have to worry about confidential data being leaked. The initial setup was very easy.
