Prisma is the practice management platform for Italian accounting firms (commercialisti), built by Mastro in Milan. It structures the firm's processes and automates the work that happens outside the accounting software, which stays the one the firm already uses.
What it does:
- Email and PEC (Italian certified email) inboxes from Gmail, Outlook and PEC providers, with every message linked to its client and each person seeing the clients they handle
- Document requests to clients by link or WhatsApp Business, with AI-suggested filing into the client's folders on Google Drive, OneDrive or the firm's server
- Tax deadlines per client with a responsible person, job stages and a daily AI briefing
- Engagement letters signed with advanced electronic signature (FEA, eIDAS) from the client's browser
- F24 tax forms approved by the client from their phone
- Anti-money laundering workflows under Italian D.Lgs. 231/2007
- Fee collection with secure payment links through Stripe, paid directly into the firm's account
- Client portal that works on any phone without installing an app
