The ease it offers for managing the tests. Even if you're new to using the program, it's very intuitive to discover, understand, and execute the assignment of criteria to evaluate, send the questionnaires to candidates, receive the results, and facilitate the understanding of the interpretation.

Human ResourcesSimple Psychometric Tests with Detailed Reports
I like how easy it is to use Psicotest and that reports are generated automatically. Having both a summary and the full details of the results provides a much broader view of a candidate. The initial setup was very easy.

I like the precision and the agile way of being able to review the results obtained, as it facilitates the consultation and verification of the information.
