Masatio is equipment and stock tracking software for distributors, manufacturers and rental companies that lend tools, test instruments and demo units to technicians, job sites and customers. Each item gets a QR label; staff scan it with a phone browser to check it out to a person, project or customer with a due date, and scan it back in with its condition. Damaged items are moved to service automatically. The equipment list shows what is out, with whom and what is overdue. Calibration and service due dates are tracked per item, with a warning before an overdue unit is checked out. For rentals, day, week and 4-week rates are applied automatically, and a monthly bill per customer can be exported for invoicing, with printable delivery and return notes. Stock is tracked per warehouse, van and site, with reorder levels and transfers. Scans work offline and are sent when the phone reconnects. Existing Excel lists can be imported as they are.
