It listens securely to patient visits and combines them with the patient’s historical record from the EHR to create structured clinical notes in the physician's writing style. Marvix is built for complex notes, supports pre-charting and MA workflows, generates after-visit summaries, referral letters, and DDx reports, generates ICD-10 CM and E/M codes along with MDM rationale, and integrates 2-way with most leading EHRs.
