You paste listing links from Idealista or Fotocasa; Marta phones each landlord or estate agency in Spanish (or Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque), confirms the property is still available, introduces your tenant or buyer profile the way Spanish agents expect, asks your dealbreaker questions such as pets, deposit and requirements, and books viewings into your calendar. Dead listings are dropped from your list. Every call returns a status, an audio recording, a transcript and an English summary, and viewing confirmations go out on WhatsApp to both sides.
