Every artwork has one record that carries its images, provenance, price, availability and full history, and everything the gallery does next starts from it: proposals and private viewings sent to collectors, the path of each sale from enquiry to invoice, catalogues, online exhibitions and the gallery's public website. Mark a work as sold and it leaves the website and any catalogue being sent. Collector records keep purchases, conversations and interests; a pipeline follows every opportunity, and the analysis board shows sales, margin and average basket by artist and by month. Artworks and collectors are unlimited in every plan. The software is available in English and French, data is hosted in France with a daily encrypted backup, and you can export your data at any time.
