Scenio turns a company's assumptions - revenue, costs, headcount, capital expenditure - into a complete business plan: income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet, with monthly detail over a 3–5 year horizon. The three statements are computed by a driver-based financial engine and are consistent with one another by construction: VAT, income taxes and working capital are handled by the engine, and assets always equal liabilities plus equity.
The differentiator is side-by-side scenario analysis: change one assumption and the impact on cash, runway and margins is immediate; base, prudent and optimistic sit next to each other. It is a real financial model, the kind a spreadsheet does not hold together and a conversational assistant cannot build.
The plan's narrative is AI-assisted: the text is written on the numbers the engine has already computed and remains subject to the user's review, the numbers are never generated by AI. The plan exports to Excel and PowerPoint and imports from an existing model; accountants and co-founders work on the same project with distinct roles.
Scenio is built for Italian startups and SMEs: Italian tax rules built in (VAT with periodic settlement, ordinary or flat-rate regime, working capital via DSO and DPO), real-time KPIs and charts (EBITDA, runway, break-even, minimum cash).
