Getting genuine support & help from them. As compared to other solutions, I feel like I'm dealing with a real human instead of an automated robot. They are also responsive to a certain level of customization, which gives us higher flexibility to customize our solutions. Feature-wise, I love how I am able to embed Google Maps in the distribution, which is a huge deal for some of the clients working on Local SEO.
