Pallet Designer is a palletizing configuration tool for automation system integrators and manufacturing plants. Its core is a move-planning algorithm: from a layer pattern it calculates the complete robot sequence on its own - which cases the gripper picks together, where the gripper goes, and in what order the cases are placed - avoiding collisions with already placed cases and station obstacles. Nobody has to plan or teach the moves by hand.
Layer patterns, pallet stacks and mixed-product pallets are designed visually, and the whole configuration is exported straight to the machine. Starting up a new layout takes minutes instead of days of programming and commissioning.
