Mapples is a visual builder for React Native apps on Expo. It sits between the design tool and the code editor. You design screens on a canvas. Every change becomes standard Expo code with Expo Router navigation. Edit the code and the canvas updates. The output is yours: export it at any time, with no lock-in. Mapples is not no-code. It is accelerated coding.
What you get: a visual canvas for screens; two-way sync with your local repo through the Mapples CLI (npx mapples); starter templates with navigation; design-system tokens for colors, typography, and sizing, so one restyle updates every screen; an AI assistant to build and restyle; the Mapples Preview app for iOS and Android to see pages on a real device without a full build; open-source @mapples/* packages (MIT) such as @mapples/ui, @mapples/style, and @mapples/form; and an MCP connector so Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex can read and update design tokens.
Who uses it: React Native and Expo developers who want a canvas for an existing repo, designers who want real code, and product teams that need to ship an MVP to the stores quickly.
Plans: Free, Pro $26/month, Team $57/month (5 seats), Enterprise on request.
