We make custom maps 2-3x yearly for an event we host. Customer Support team is excellent - fast to reply and can usually accommodate special requests for assistance/expediting. The software is robust and I haven't even scratched the surface of features available, but with each map learn more and our custom maps improve and find the usability of the toolsets easy to work with. I find MapMe makes it easy to drop locations and label them in a manner that's cleaner than Google Maps. I really like the ease of use and the initial setup was pretty easy, which was its main advantage. MapMe works extremely well for its purpose, allowing me to store data associated with a location more easily than an Excel spreadsheet.
