The fact that it's a LTD! I really enjoyed it's liquid tag function and the automated sequencing, which helps to tremendously reduce the time I need to send out those follow-up emails. Furthermore, it comes with analytics that allows me to see how many emails were opened, and this gives me insight into whether my headline is doing well to attract people to open up the email. Their unlimited campaigns does strike me as a great value for money though. Customer support is prompt as well, so that's good. That being said I've so far only used their CS to upgrade my package. As for technical support, I've so far only relied on their AI chat bot to resolve my problems.
