Equipment records store manuals, warranties, and service histories, saving files directly to disk. Preventive maintenance schedules recurring tasks by time or meter readings, with a drag-and-drop calendar for rescheduling. Multi-user access supports up to ten users via web browsers on local networks under a single one-time license. Setup includes equipment imports and asset tag printing. Reporting offers four customizable templates exporting to PDF or CSV.
