Maint Vision is a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) built for industrial SMBs and field-service teams that want results in weeks, not months. It covers the full maintenance loop: breakdown reporting through unlimited free requester accounts (you only pay for people who execute the work), work orders with priorities, assignments and full history, mobile execution for technicians (photos, time tracking, parts consumption), and preventive maintenance driven by calendar schedules or meter readings (machine hours, production cycles) with automatic work order generation and typed checklists. Assets are organized in a hierarchy with printable QR code labels: scan a machine to open its record, history and documents. Spare parts inventory is tracked per location with min/max thresholds and restock alerts, and every part consumption is tied to a work order. Reporting covers preventive ratio, time and costs per asset, with CSV and PDF exports. AI is included: upload a manufacturer PDF or a photo of a paper procedure and get a structured, editable checklist.
