Mailich develops a German-language AI email assistant for Mac and Windows for employees, freelancers and businesses. The desktop app connects to existing inboxes, prioritizes incoming emails, summarizes messages and creates reply drafts in the user’s writing style. Optional automatic replies are limited to explicitly enabled routine categories, with guardrails and a ten-minute cancellation window by default. Emails and the style profile are stored locally; selected shortened excerpts are sent to an AI service through Mailich’s relay server in Germany.
