Evaluation of annual operation
After a year of using the Magrano system, I can confidently say that it is a full-fledged alternative to Doofinder, which, although one of the market leaders, is also a more expensive solution. The implementation of Magrano was quick and smooth. During the implementation, we noticed the need to increase the system's performance due to the large number of products and queries, to which Magrano responded by immediately switching to faster servers. This improvement significantly contributed to the speed and stability of the service.
During our almost year-long use, there was only one outage, which was quickly and actively resolved. Magrano provided us with compensation for this outage and implemented a monitoring system as a preventive measure.
