Shannon is a browser-based tool for taking workplace incident statements. A worker, witness, or supervisor completes a guided interview straight after an incident, and Shannon produces a structured written statement that can be exported to PDF.
The interview asks one question at a time in plain language. Questions change based on earlier answers and on the statement type: involved person, witness, or supervisor. Shannon tracks coverage of the areas an investigation needs, including task and location, sequence of events, equipment, conditions, contributing factors, and immediate actions. It finishes the interview once those areas are covered. If someone was injured, it works through how the injury happened step by step, including body position, points of contact, and any equipment involved.
Interviews can be done in 11 languages, with voice input. The questions are written to be neutral and to gather facts, not to assign blame.
On data, Shannon only asks for what the statement needs. It does not ask for tax file numbers or ID numbers. Statement data is not kept after the session ends, and it is not used to train AI models. A data processing addendum is available for enterprise customers.
