Magnum Courier & Logistics ERP carries a parcel end to end: pickup request, booking, manifest, gatepass, linehaul, inscan, DRS, delivery, RTO and return legs, then COD collection, reconciliation and GST billing. 74 modules over 227 database tables, one system rather than separate tools joined by exported files. It runs in a browser, nothing to install desk by desk. Offices, branches and franchises each carry their own scope, with a prepaid wallet per franchise and a live dashboard per branch. The warehouse module is the same system, not a bolt-on: bins and racks, SKUs, challan receipt, client stock requests, picking against an AWB, and batch and expiry tracking with FEFO picking. Stock is segregated client-wise. Android and iOS apps serve riders, drivers, customers and business clients. They keep working without a network; an offline outbox queues the work and drains on reconnect. Delivery is OTP-verified with geo-tagged photographic proof. Apps ship under the client's own brand.
