fiche2paie is self-service payroll software for Belgian employers. A company signs up with its VAT number, checked against the EU VIES register, then encodes each worker once: name, salary, contract type and joint committee. Each month it enters the hours and generates the pay stub as a PDF with the mentions required by law.
Dimona entry and exit declarations are sent to the National Social Security Office, and the quarterly DmfA file is produced in the official XML format.
Calculations follow the official Belgian sources: NSSO administrative instructions, the SPF Finances withholding tax formula, and the minimum wages of the collective agreements filed with the SPF Employment. 18 joint committees are covered, and the employee, worker, student and flexi-job statuses. A daily watch flags what changes; an unconfirmed figure is named on the pay stub, not guessed.
A worker's national registration number is never stored. The first pay stub of each month is free, no card needed.
