LuzardoFax is a HIPAA online fax service for medical practices, dental and mental health offices, physical therapy clinics, law firms, insurance agencies and accounting practices across the US and Canada. A signed Business Associate Agreement is included on every paid plan, executed in-app during onboarding — not emailed as a PDF, not gated behind a sales call. Each signature is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain through OpenTimestamps for independent verification. Billing counts actual document pages, not 60-second transmission increments, so a dense scan or a slow receiving line cannot silently multiply your usage. Failed attempts cost nothing, and there is no automatic overage billing — at 110%, sending and receiving pause until you top up. Encrypted at rest with LUKS2 (AES-256), TLS in transit, audit logs, two-factor authentication. Month-to-month; numbers port out with a documented exit kit. Bilingual English/Spanish. From $25/mo, 14-day free trial.
