Lunr is a cloud engineering document management system and common data environment built for organisations that own long lived physical assets, including universities, utilities, mines, ports, and government departments. Every drawing, model, and manual sits in one controlled register. Revision control covers approvals, handover, transmittals, RFIs, automated document and version numbering, and a full audit log, so the current revision is never in doubt during an audit or a shutdown. Classification runs by folder, tag, and portfolio, with tag based permissions so each person sees only what they should. XRAY search runs OCR and AI across everything stored, including decades of scanned archives, so the text inside a drawing is searchable rather than hidden behind a filename. Deep XRAY re-reads dense sheets in high resolution tiles when text is faint or crowded. Drawings and models open in the browser. Rift handles DWG, DGN, RVT, PDF, Office, and image files with markup and measurement, Foundry handles BIM models, and Nimbus handles point clouds, none of which require a CAD licence. Native apps cover iPhone, iPad, and Android, and desktop apps cover Mac and Windows. Lunr connects to Esri GIS, Archibus, MazeMap, SISfm, and OneDrive, and offers read and write CAD APIs for DWG, DGN, and Revit. Hosting is provisioned in Australia or the United States, with SAML single sign on and data export at any time.
