I find Lumanora very easy to use, with heaps of really innovative, advanced functions that make workflow much easier. I use it to raise purchase orders with suppliers, ship and fulfill orders, update products, and set rules. It has replaced CIN7 Core, NetSuite, AP21/, and our shipping platform. It plugs straight into Shopify and works seamlessly. The initial setup was very easy, and the Lumanora team helped us with global structuring and setting up our USA entity. It has helped our growth globally and helped us become more profitable. Everything’s working really, really good, and I’d recommend it 10 out of 10.

It has made expanding globally much simpler for us. It takes a lot of the complexity out of international ecommerce, particularly around shipping, duties, taxes and compliance. The team has also been really helpful and supportive throughout the process, which has made expanding into new markets much easier.

I like the ease of use and having one platform to manage everything. Lumanora works seamlessly with Shopify, and I use it to update product descriptions and catalogs, add new products, and make HS codes very easy. It handles my sales tax, UK VAT tax and remittance, bookkeeping for intercompany stock transfers, returns, shipping, inventory management, tax, and compliance. I’ve removed five or six external companies, and Lumanora is the most powerful commerce operating system I’ve used. The team are really good, very helpful, and easy to deal with. They sorted our custom integration requirement within three to five days. Setup was very easy, we had amazing training, and everything worked so good. There are no friction points, the integration is seamless, and the system looks really beautiful.
