Bellaly is a cloud platform for local businesses (restaurants, bars, retail shops, beauty salons and appointment-based services) that combines a digital loyalty program with optional modules for reservations, online ordering and marketing. It does not require any integration with the point-of-sale system.
Loyalty (included in every plan, including the free one): digital stamp cards, points and coupons. Customers join by scanning a QR code. Staff use the Bellaly Partner Hub app (iOS and Android) to scan the customer's code, enter the receipt amount, which is converted into points, and redeem rewards.
Reservations: tables, staff and resource calendars, events and online booking.
Orders: online menu or catalog, takeaway, pre-orders and table ordering, with pickup slots and an order queue for staff.
Marketing: email campaigns, customer segments and visit analytics, plus Studio, an AI assistant that suggests campaigns, writes copy and creates images in the business's brand style.
Each business gets its own branded web page, and customers can also use the Bellaly app. Multiple locations can share one points balance. No commissions on orders or bookings.
