Lucci - Pool Route Software
getLucci is pool route management software built by a route owner, for the one-to-five-truck pool service company. The route and the billing are the same data, so the work a tech finishes is the work the customer gets charged for — and a nightly check tells the owner about anything that slipped.
Run the day from one screen: today's stops, who is assigned to each, what was done last visit, the chemical readings, and the before-and-after photos that land on the customer's invoice. Billing runs off the same route data, so what the tech completes is what the customer is charged. No re-keying at the end of the month, no reconciling a spreadsheet against a memory.
Point a phone at an equipment pad and getLucci reads the label off the pump, filter, heater or salt cell and identifies the part. No squinting at a faded sticker, no second trip to the supply house with the wrong model number.
A nightly check runs the route against the ledger and emails the owner what slipped through: stops completed but never invoiced, invoices sent but never paid, customers sitting on the route with no billing set up at all. On the founder's own route it surfaced $530 of finished work that had never been billed.
Pricing is $1 per pool per month. The first 50 pools are free and stay free. Billing caps at $249 a month no matter how big the route gets, and there is no per-technician charge — the only pool software that stops charging you for growing.
Built for the owner-operator running the business out of a notebook, a group text and a spreadsheet — and for anyone who has just bought a route and has nothing to migrate. Customers pay by card or bank transfer, and techs work from a phone in the field with no app store download.
