Komfortkasse automates offline payments for online shops: bank transfer (prepayment), invoice, and cash on delivery. It fetches incoming payments from the merchant's bank account and matches them to open orders automatically – fault-tolerant, so an order is still recognised when the order number is missing or mistyped, the payer's name differs, a third party pays, or one transfer covers several orders. Transfers that belong to no order are kept out of the matching automatically. Matched orders are marked as paid in the shop system; nothing has to be checked or marked by hand. Komfortkasse backs this with a matching guarantee. Beyond matching, Komfortkasse covers the whole process after the payment is due: payment reminders and dunning by email and letter, automatic cancellation of unpaid orders, one-click refunds via SEPA direct debit mandate, and optional debt collection – without additional apps. Merchants connect their own bank account via open banking or use Komfortkasse's integrated accounts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with the right account chosen per billing country. One account serves several shops and shop systems: Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and others, plus an API. Komfortkasse has been matching payments for merchants in the DACH region for more than ten years. Pricing is a percentage per matched payment with no base fee; a 30-day free trial is included.
