LRS Output Management works well for our printing needs. Easy to connect with our current systems. It helps manage prints better.

I have worked with LRS solutions on the zOS platform for 5 years. My Firm (work place) has used products from LRS in 10+ years (LRS, VPS, etc for 10+ years). Solutions from LRS work and run very stably. * I have never experienced huge errors on products from LRS. The errors I have experienced are due to changes in infrastructure – and here LRS helps. For example, many "mail providers" have increased security in relation to emails. Here I noticed that emails from Mainframe were perceived as "SPAM" in relation to DKIM validation. The problem was basically rooted in codepages – which can always play tricks on zOS. LRS really helped. The solution took a long time (3 month), but it was also a complex problem. So the highest praise for LRS for great support :-)

It's been reliable over time. The support team is like having a team of printing experts on my side. The product is expenive for thearetically what you can do for free; however our service team has suggested and implemented solutions to many individual problems now which justifies the cost,
