Loyalisto is a customer retention platform for independent cafes, restaurants, salons, gyms and local shops. It shows owners which of their regulars have stopped coming, and gives them a way to bring those customers back.
Customers join by scanning a QR code at the counter, and their loyalty card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to download. Every visit is recorded, so the dashboard can show which regulars have gone quiet.
From there, owners can send a win-back message that lands on the customer's lock screen, set birthday rewards, and remind customers when a reward is close. The card can also appear on the lock screen when a customer is near the shop.
Loyalisto supports stamp cards, points, tiers and referrals. Staff stamp cards from any phone, with no new hardware and no POS integration, and the business owns and can export its customer list.
